BRISKET & GRAVY - smoked brisket, housemade buttermilk biscuits, caramelized onion gravy, sunny side up egg
SHRIMP & GRITS - grilled jumbo shrimp, parmesan grits, green onion, sauteed vegetables, Sriracha butter sauce

The Churchill is served in a 20oz. goblet with our housemade bloody mix and is generously crowned with a skewer that’s loaded with a peppercorn steak medallion, grilled shrimp, cubed pepper jack, cornichon, cherry tomato, Gibson cocktail onion and the final inspired touch, a Slim Jim stir stick resting on the Chesapeake Bay seasoned rim.
