Bourbon County Anniversary ’20 – Aged 2 years in Weller 12 Year barrels and is a special variant to celebrate Goose Island’s 10-year tradition of releasing Bourbon County Stout on Black Friday. The added age of these Weller barrels, paired with an extra year of the beer in the barrel, adds stronger barrel flavors and notes of dried dark fruit.
Bourbon County Birthday Stout ’20 – Goose partnered with the Old Forester Brand and paired Bourbon County Stout with barrels from Old Forester Birthday Bourbon. A truly unique variation that is a must-have for bourbon and beer lovers alike.
Bourbon County Double Barrel Toasted – Double Barrel Toasted Barrel Stout was aged for one year in Elijah Craig’s Small Batch Bourbon Barrels, then another year in Elijah Craig Toasted Bourbon Barrels. In addition to the familiar chocolate, caramel, and vanilla come flavors of toasted marshmallow and a very pronounced fruit and oak finish, it has a rich complexity and flavor. This is only the second time Goose Island packaged a “Double Barrel” Bourbon County Stout.
Bourbon County Reserve 150 – Aged for one year in Old Forester’s 150th Anniversary Bourbon Barrels. Expect barrel-forward flavor with notes of chocolate, vanilla, and coconut, followed by molasses, almond, berry, and oak.
Goose Island Gillian ’17 – Tart farmhouse ale with strawberry, honey, and white pepper.
Goose Island Halia ’17 – Aged over more than 20kg of peaches for every barrel, Halia has an unmistakable peach quality from the word go. This sour fruit character is offset by a musty, funky silage bouquet and conspicuous oakiness that dares you to dive right in.
Goose Island Lolita ’17 – Lolita is a pink rose-colored Belgian style pale ale fermented with wild yeast and aged on raspberries in wine barrels. Aromas of fresh raspberries, bright jammy fruit flavors and crisp, refreshing body.
Goose Island Lolita ’18 – A Belgian-style wild ale fermented with wild yeast, it was then aged with raspberries in wine barrels, imparting a wealth of bright fruit notes to the brew.
Bourbon County Proprietor’s Stout ’21 – Aged in bourbon barrels and blended with luscious strawberries, vanilla and coconut, reminiscent of a classic strawberry ice cream bar. These elements come together to create the indelible flavors of decadent shortcake, layered with vanilla and topped off with the slight fruitiness of strawberries, similar to the ice cream bar’s strawberry core.
Goose Island Salut ’20 – A collaboration with Cider Summit. Salut is dry, crisp and effervescent with a touch of French oak.
