What Do I Have to Do to Earn Points?

Simply join the program, link a credit card and spend at any Bottleneck restaurant (either in-person or online). If you don’t want to link a card, you can manually upload your receipts for each purchase in our ‘Bottleneck Rewards’ app.

How Much Are Points Worth?

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.

Do My Points Expire?

Unfortunately, nothing can last forever. Your points will expire one year from when they were earned. Plenty of time to save up for your favorite reward!

Can I Get More Than One Reward at a Time?

You are limited to redeeming one reward per visit/order.

Can I Share My Points?

Your Bottleneck Rewards points are yours alone. Now, sharing your free food…that’s up to you.

How Do I Redeem Points?

You can view your points balance in the app, along with rewards that you can use your points to redeem.

If you’re dining at the restaurant:

You can view all available rewards on the rewards page of the Bottleneck Rewards app, as well as rewards that can be redeemed using points. You can also see and apply rewards from the rewards section on the home page of the app. Simply show your server your preferred reward to redeem.

Ordering online:

At checkout, you will see a carousel of rewards you can apply to your order. In addition to seeing earned rewards, you will also see rewards that you can redeem using points.

Can I Redeem a Reward and Earn Points in the Same Order?

Yes! You earn points on every purchase, so if you’re redeeming a reward and ordering more food/bev in addition to that, you will still earn 1 point for every dollar you spend.

I Just Made a Purchase and My Points Aren’t There—Can You Help?

Of course, we’d be glad to help you. The first step is wait 24 hours; sometimes it takes a little time for Bottleneck Rewards points to appear in the app. If after 24 hours you still don’t have points, contact [email protected].
